“Construction Week” selects Abdullah Al Habib as one of the prominent leaders in Saudi Arabia’s urban transformation landscape for 2025

“Construction Week” magazine has unveiled the third edition of its annual list of the most influential leaders in the construction and urban development sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 2025.

The list includes Abdullah Al Habib, CEO of Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate, who was ranked among an elite group of leaders playing a pivotal role in driving growth and development across the real estate, engineering, and construction sectors, and who are directly involved in shaping the Kingdom’s urban future.

This selection comes in recognition of his strategic contributions to real estate development and his leadership of pioneering initiatives that reflect his vision for enhancing the quality of urban development and embedding sustainable practices aligned with the Kingdom’s urban transformation goals.

The Construction Week list highlights figures who are leading urban transformation in the Kingdom and delivering strategic projects that demonstrate their commitment to advancing the real estate sector in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Al Habib is considered one of the prominent figures in the Saudi real estate industry. He leads Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate, a company founded in 1972 with an innovative approach that combines a strong legacy with sustainable development. Under his leadership, the company has delivered more than 50 projects across over 10 Saudi cities, including integrated residential and commercial communities that blend modern amenities with green spaces to provide a sustainable living environment—making Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate synonymous with quality and innovation in the real estate development sector.

Al Habib has also overseen the development of the Kaheel project, which includes 1,492 residential units and expansive green spaces, as well as Eyal Khuzam, a luxury residential project being developed in partnership with NHC.

This recognition by Construction Week reflects Abdullah Al Habib’s efforts in promoting sustainable growth and developing innovative residential and commercial projects across the Kingdom, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
